After falling ill halfway through 2013 I was diagnosed with Leaky Gut syndrome, IBS and Raynaud’s syndrome. I started looking into a healthier lifestyle in terms of diet, sleep management and stress relieve.
After trying the low FODMAP diet, Paleo and Primal consecutively, all with relative succes, I started researching and living a ketogenic lifestyle through whole healthy foods. As a result I have been 100% symptom-free ever since.
Following my own succes I became passionate about helping others achieve optimal health: in addition to being a social media manager and blogger I also became a free-lance administrator and online keto coach for a year and a half for the KetoDiet App.
As a personal coach I want to share my knowledge, expertise and experience with you: the transition to a ketogenic diet is not always easy and both practical and emotional support are very important in the first three months.
