How does keto coaching work?

Information about the practicalities of keto coaching

You want to lose weight, take charge of your own health, live an energetic life and use fewer medications. By switching to the keto lifestyle you are making a very conscious choice: this is it, I am choosing this for myself.

You are investing in your own life.

Keto coaching helps you to do this. Not only will you get to know all the practical aspects of this lifestyle, you will also get all the mental support you need. Weekly coach calls and daily support: your goals are my concern.

Keto coaching is an investment for life

How does it work

After you have chosen your keto coaching package you will receive an intake form. During your intake (90 minutes, video call) I will assess your goals, wishes and medical history. I will also explain the practical aspects of the keto lifestyle and how keto coaching works.

Together we will decide on your first biweekly goal. Remember: keto does not have to be all or nothing, and we can go as slow or as fast as you desire. You decide the pace.

I am available for the duration of your keto coaching package on weekdays between 9.00 and 18.00 CET for all of your questions, macro advice, practical guidance and emotional support. You can contact me via email, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.

During your biweekly coach calls (60 minutes, video call) your goals, progress, difficulties and any questions will be discussed. Do you need more frequent coach calls? Not a problem: you can always book extra coach calls at a 25% discount rate.

Please note I do not provide mealplans or recipes. I also do not support vegan keto.

At the conclusion of your package you will be able to continue your keto lifestyle on your own. For continued support you can of course book coach calls or WhatsApp coaching.
