Before we start your keto coaching you will receive an intake form via email. Based on this form together we will assess your goals, wishes and medical history. During your intake I will explain some of the practical aspects of the keto lifestyle, discuss your intake form and my working method.
I am available for the duration of your package on weekdays for all of your questions, macro advice, practical guidance and emotional support. You can contact me via email, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, depending on time of day and location.
During your coach calls (if included in your program) your progress, difficulties and any questions can be discussed.
Please note I do not provide mealplans or recipes. I also do not support vegan keto.
At the conclusion of your coaching package you will be able to continue your keto lifestyle armed with all the right information. It is possible to extend your coaching program if you feel you need further support.
