How does it work
Consultation | 30 minutes
I will make an analysis of your current lifestyle and you will receive advice with regard to keto coaching.
A consultation is not intended for keto questions.
Coach call | 60 minutes
You can ask all your keto- and lifestyle questions during this video call. An intake form or an insulin resistance symptoms check is not included. Coach calls can also be booked as a series and in addition to a coach call+.
Coach call+ | 90 minutes
Did you choose a coach call+? You will first receive an intake form. Based on your answers and on the results of an insulin resistance symptoms check, we will map out your goals and medical history during your video call. I will also explain the practical aspects of keto and you can ask all of your questions. Afterwards you will receive an email with a summary of your call and an extensive start- and macro advice.
It is possible to book follow-ups with this call. These video calls last 30 minutes and are designed to support you at the start of your keto lifestyle.
Daycoaching can be booked in addition to a coach call or a coach call+. I will be available for you on working days between 9.00 and 17.00 CET to answer all questions, give interim macro advice and provide practical and emotional support. This can be done via email and WhatsApp.
