You can register directly through the website for a Keto Coaching program of your choice: 1, 2 or 3 months (a consultation prior to any program is mandatory and is free of charge). A consultation is of course also available on its own prior to deciding on a program.

A consultation lasts about 45 minutes and can take place at a location of your choice. My travel expenses outside the city of Utrecht will be charged to you. The consultation can also take place via FaceTime or Skype.
Prior to the consultation you will receive an extensive intake form via email. On the basis of your answers on this form I wil assess your goals, wishes and medical history. During the consultation I will explain the keto diet in short, discuss your intake form and my working method.
During your program I am available on weekdays for answering all of your questions as well as for practical guidance and emotional support. You can contact me via email, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, depending on time of day and location.
At the end of each week a short evaluation can be planned at your convenience (via Skype, FaceTime or with a phone call): progress, difficulties and any questions can be discussed.
Please note I do not provide mealplans or recipes.
At the end of your program you will be able to continue your keto lifestyle on your own armed with all the right information. It is of course possible to continue with an extra consultation or another program if you feel you need further support.
