For the purpose of proper coaching it is necessary for Sevi Rutgrink – Keto Coaching to start and keep a client dossier. A client dossier contains the information provided on the intake form filled out by the client, information given by the client before, during and after coaching as well as notes and information recorded in writing by Sevi Rutgrink – Keto Coaching during coaching.
Sevi Rutgrink – Keto Coaching shall always provide proper care for client privacy. This includes:
- careful handling of personal and medical data;
- careful retention and storing of all data in such a way unauthorised persons do not have access to this data.
Sevi Rutgrink – Keto Coaching is the only one who has access to client dossiers and is bound to a legal obligation of confidentiality.
Data from client dossiers will also be used for the following purposes:
- financial and administrative acts such as the issuing and sending of an invoice;
- correspondence before, during and after coaching, relating to said coaching;
- sending of additional information about services bought or of subsequent offers and newsletters.
If Sevi Rutgrink – Keto Coaching wishes to use data from a client dossier for any other reasons she will only do so with prior explicit and written consent from the client.
The client retains the right to access, rectify and erase personal data. The client also retains the right to object to data processing.
